A Family Business

As a family owned business we are committed to delivering results and a commercial return to our clients. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our flexibility and our ability to react quickly. Graeme and Helen have run ScotServe for over a decade, although the company was established in 1975. Both Graeme and Helen had blue chip corporate backgrounds before taking over ScotServe. Helen had over 20 years working as a Director for the Bank of Scotland Vehicle Management division, whilst Graeme has been involved in brand management for over 20 years.  

Graeme Clark

Managing Director Graeme is the driving force behind the growth of ScotServe and is highly respected and well connected in the trade. He joined the company in 1997 and as they say “he liked it that much that in 2006 he bought it”. Under his leadership the business has gone from strength to strength and ScotServe are now recognised as a leading provider of FMCG sales solutions and account management in Scotland and beyond.

Helen Clark

Managing Director Helen is in charge of the numbers and her 20 plus years’ experience working as a Director for the Bank of Scotland ensures that the business runs efficiently. She is used to working with big brands and as part of her role with the bank she managed client relationships with BMW, V.W. & Audi. Helen oversees Scot Serves financial and HR functions.

Field Sales Team

 
Our Field Sales team supports branded programs and builds retailer distribution points. We adopt a ‘sell through’ approach, which makes a win win for both the wholesaler and the retailer. We carry out bespoke activities within symbol groups. Our Field Sales Team recently won a Scottish Wholesale Association Award Winning Agency Award (through Project Scotland) for a 12 month integrated van sales activity, an award which was won ahead of AG Barr and Coca Cola Enterprises.

Retail Development Team

We have an ever-growing Retail Development Team. All our staff have great experience in sales, promotional activity, sampling, and merchandising. We formulate monthly activity plans that calculate all possible communication points, whilst we continually embrace new ways of working, and look for innovative solutions to address business challenges.
